You know what I realized? 😳 how mask wings remind me of a monarch butterfly. Butterflies symbolize change, among other things. That’s why he’s got amazing character development. Reminds me of the butterflies used in FURUBA in the last episodes to represent change.

okay but yuki and tohru are seriously one of my favorite relationships in furuba— my favorite next to kyoru. i really appreciate the way takaya was able to create such a genuine platonic m/f relationship which we rarely see in stories at all, especially when it comes to romance
