ported over all my handmade sliders and material settings to this completely new buu port lol w/ game facials. now i can say that I 100% ripped this model by myself.

We use a lot of these methods already but some of them are new and it's nice to see it laid out in such a concrete way.

We like to think of sliders in a videogame to make unique characters. And playing with features you normally don't draw is really fun.

The touch up can be easy/hard depending on if you know where might be lacking and how to improve them
I highly recommend the the color correctors such as the hue/saturation/tone/brightness/contrast sliders
Filter layers can be used to change the overall mood of the piece as well

Onto prepping for colouring! I try to stick to Retro's own palette when doing my chopshopping to do my best to stay consistent with his style.

But now, it's time to out the Level Correction tool. My sliders generally end up looking like this. And here's the result.

Cleaned up the UVs and setup color nodes, so now I can start tinkering with the procedural textures. I'm still not sure where I'm going on color, scale, placement, etc. I like to move sliders and curves around and see what pops out at me.
