I think Chun Li looks unmistakably East Asian in Third Strike too. Like when Ikeno draws Cammy he makes her eyes more deeply set and her nose ridge more pronounced, because those are more stereotypically Caucasian features. But he emphasizes them without "othering" Cammy.
