Finished the pokemon challenge of making fennekin a poison type instead of fire. Its Dex reads,

As it walks luminous spores fall to the ground from its ears and tail. It leaves a trail so other pokemon can come and play.

It was too late to change in the core book but Era of Silence will likely rename Species character options to Divine Purpose in all future content. less focus on hazy biological lines and more on the role of each (elek, sporeborn, primas-ika, etc) as the chosen of a specific god
