The Troo are a nomadic people living as reindeer herders; as the only carnivorous Saurian in the Arctic region they prefer living and moving along with the herds that provide for most of their needs. A small number have settled in towns however.

Also, I would submit the Troodon modelled by Vlad Konstantinov for Dinosaur Revolution as worthy contenders. While the rendering isn't as detailed as the Dinoworld models, they have primaries and tail feathers, and at a glance seem to be slightly better in terms of general shape.
