I'd compare this differentiation btwn suits to ASM 2 & Spider-Man Lotus.

They're basically the same w minor differences to put their own stamp on the classic suit. In this case, the biggest differences are the symbols, eyes & web pattern.

Detail differences. Nothing drastic.
