Cabbits were popular in the 90s right... Haha, I was actually reading about how rabbits don't have pawpads but predators like cats do to they can move soundlessly on their prey. So I just really wanted to put a cat in a weird rabbit body.

Trachtenberg's 'Prey' is the best Predator movie since 1990's 'Predator 2.' There are some interesting ideas & the Predator himself is rather cool. The story is a gender-swapped rehash of the OG '87 film with heavy feminist & political undertones. Middle of the road.

The final scenes are pretty brilliant & point to the bigger picture that the creative team had for this story. It is reminiscent of PREDATOR with a bit of THE MATRIX thrown in and it kind of makes everything that precedes it even more awesome. Once again, small budget, big balls!

As a fan of the Predator franchise that has been let down many times my expectations were set to cautiously optimistic for this one. I'm very happy to report that this Predator movie rules. I mean the Predator wrestles a bear in this one.

What a night home at the movies last night! Ron Howard’s Thirteen Lives (shot in Australia) was magnificent, as was ’s PREY, a masterfully constructed film, satisfying on many levels. Loved them both. PREY is a superior Predator movie that I can’t wait to watch again.

if you avoided the trailers and went to see Predator back in 1987 you would have been blown away because a brutal horror movie just broke out in the middle of a rather conventional (but beautifully shot) action flick.
