Quicky review, Ive just watched Franxx for the 3rd time and I must say that it really is a stellar anime. Sure its a rippoff from Evangelion in many aspects but it does manage to shine on its own.

Even though Vivarium largely plays in an overhead-isometric camera view, painting alternate angles helps me get a better idea of how these places actually feel to be in.
