Here's a bunch of drawings I did when I played a petsite called PFQ. They have alternate colorings of pokemon that are much rarer than shinies called melanistics and that's what these are based off of
I hate most of them now but that Carnivine still kinda slaps
also PFQ sucks now

I've played at least one game of every generation (except for 8) and I tried breeding with the Masuda method, chaining with the Pokeradar etc.
Never got any shinies.
Fast forward to Moon, and I set foot on Poni island for the first time. Boom. Shiny Granbull. I named her Peaches.
