So I found my old 3DS... and promptly moved all my pokemon onto Pokémon Bank and to Pokémon Home.

Metallics can be difficult with Eevee toon shaders because you can't have them properly reflect the world in most setups (for technical and/or stylistic reasons.) You can make them more interesting by matcaping a procedural texture to fake some reflections.
