Its unhealthy. I’m pushing myself to draw in my tan sketchbook daily, and its been SO much easier for me than to sit down at my cintiq and push out things that frustrate me a lot more. My expectations are so much higher for the realism. Its stressful.
Some pieces I made for a visdev portfolio before the pandemic scrambled my mental health and all I could create was stitches on fabric 🥴 Would love to make a complete one someday. Just for me. No pressure or high expectations.
