In Legend, a 3rd South American level which would have held a piece of Excalibur was cut. The team decided 3 locations in South America would be too much, replacing it with Kazakhstan. A bike segment set to end England level was also cut due to scheduling concerns.

There was an obscure NES game I found and rented one day as a kid called "Destiny of an Emperor"

It ended up sparking a life long interest in the Three Kingdoms period in China. Even took a 3 week trip there to see many of the famous locations.
