Forgive my camera quality but its so clever the contrasting animation styles! The "townies" are mostly angular, stiffly animated and very clean. Even Robyn when she's switches to a townie mindset is animated completely different than when she's with Mehb.

The upward wrist extention is my go-to stretch for stiff hands. You don't push or pull hard, only until you feel pressure build up, hold for a few seconds, and release.

Theres also triceps & shoulder stretches to make sure the rest of your arm is loose & open. Hope this helps!
