Judging by the eye shape and overall feel of this. I'd say its from the mangaka and his assistants creator. Sena looks identical to it.

A before/after from The Deep & Dark Blue! All my messy stick figures have labels with initials at the roughs stage; this was even more necessary when drawing a book about identical twins...

This is Chibi Yuuko! Despite being identical to Yuuko, it is separate from the original. Cheerful and full of questions to ask people, she is happy when she gets answers .... even if it doesn't make sense.☺️

It has interesting implication, then, with the identical wording, that Minfilia's Word of the Mother art looks so. . .pained.

The last monster to appear in this update was a new Extreme Individual of Bogabadorumu called Bombardier Bogabadorumu. The way it fights is nearly identical to its weaker cousin, but its misty gas explodes more than once and can deal some serious damage.

Beta Bayleef:

In Gold & Silver's 1997 demo, Chikorita and Meganium were nearly identical to their release version designs... but Bayleef's design was radically different.

1. Demo sprite recreation by
2. Chikorita family's 1997 demo sprites
3. 1999's final design

Was seriously thinking of uploading 4 identical pics, but then was like - heck, since I'm at it.
Yeah, I like one character reincarnated across the universes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not tagging anyone, do the thing if ya like~

Well what's the biggest issue? If you get two characters that share almost identical features, it's difficult to illustrate a clear action scene between them. Either you must change their shapes or at least the most visible details.

The Green Balloon is an item in the Donkey Kong Country series. It is identical to a Red Balloon, except, as its name indicates, it is colored green.

Guy from livestream last night. Was trying something new but it backfired. Seems instead of doing something new this looks almost identical to something I did 3 years ago. Here I thought I had been progressing. 😭

Like other Exotic Species, Seregios acts nearly identical to its Main Series counterpart, even sharing the same Rage Mode, but that changes in G-rank.
