As I mentioned before, he has infamously bizarre, robotic movements. I feel this is a holdover from past mind control or he's fighting it actively but as a result some of his movements are off. Some of his movements are stiff like a marionette, but others are natural & smooth.

yeah, and i think a big part of that is that they dont redraw each panel anymore, and the characters are more stiff looking most of the time, but there are some pretty exaggerated faces
