Throughout my character's history, Rugged has always been a dragon. However, he was never drawn with rough visible scales on his body. Instead, his outer layer is more like a smooth skin similar to that of a whale.

the reason i didn't like this movie is, the style just felt so drastically different it was hard for me to feel it's canon. like every character's personality in this movie felt like a caricature of their actual one. especially pinkie and rarity

Sunday character funfact: my character Hati was "born" when me and my GF were playing a silly drawing game where we drew eachothers' characters purely based on vague hints about the character's physical features. She tried drawing Frey, and Hati was born. Magic! 😌
