I sketch out the panel layout, then once I'm happy with that, I sketch the characters. Then I line the panels before doing character lineart.
Next is base colors and after that it's pretty much all BG stuff.

Okay, just a quick update on my pic. I used a different sort of lineart. Upping for a pencil rather than a solid color for the lineart.

For now it's just a colored sketch (slightly clean) so I can focus in learning the anatomy rather than expending time in the lineart.
