I agree but I did like his Doom Patrol work.

Many think it was traditional (and it was, especially following Morrison, Bisley, Case and Nyberg’s work) but I enjoyed it. I thought the storytelling of the art was very clear if that makes sense.

Honestly, I never saw this type of content coming when I started reading Bleach!

The balance between exposition, character based storytelling and action is just amazing. Neither of these feel too much or too less.

Mr. Button the Teddy Bear is a very different comic book from the Night Guardian tales, while it does take place in the same universe, the events crossing over into other books, it is separate, with a very different storytelling tone, and art.

Also, grabbed the second trade of Nocterra and loved it.
I know some have soured on SS over the years, but I still love his style and his skill writing horror is undisputed.
I love the use of fractions as a storytelling device on multiple levels.
Great book.
