@Neytiirix Here is my beloved Temper, he's a water manipulator. The triangles along his body are vents where the purple and pink stuff comes out. The purple and pink stuff can either float around him or act as a defense, often takes the shape of wings on his shoulders or a blob on his tail.
Digging for old info on my barely used Tumblr and jesus christ Milo can be so goddamn pretty when he stops scowling for a single goddamn moment. It's a shame this hairstyle was so finicky about angles, cuz in the right angles? Chef's kiss.
And the animators succeed in making them feel totally believable. While the designs of the dinosaurs are no longer accurate, their movements and behaviors still make them feel like real animals. And the low camera angles give them a sense of truly massive, towering form.
