Reminder. Your starting sketch doesn't need to be perfect to make a good final piece. If you got a good form then move on and work out a new and cleaner layer.
Don't focus on perfection. Just keep working and get things good enough and move on.

I rigged that old doodle of my oc!

tried using the mask based eye method instead! I like it a lot it - feels cleaner to make/easier to manage than separate eyelid layers

still want to add a better closed eye solution since i use such thin lines - I'll probably add a new image
