These clever badgers (in Ms 764 f. 50v, 13th c.) are digging a set according to bestiary lore: one lies at the bottom with a stick in its mouth, the others pile dirt on it, and then pull up the stick, removing the dirt!

Despite the name these guys are considered 'false badgers' and are infact more related to skunks! Reigning from Indonesia way these lil guys have a more potent spray then its cousin the Palawan stink badger.
