The "Big Hero 6 in MCU" situation is so interesting. Because Big Hero 6 is based on a Marvel Comic, but is also a Disney Movie that is drastically different from the Marvel Comic. Disney owns Marvel, and realistically, we could have one Baymax, or both, in the future MCU...
Specifically considering Hiro's family, they'll probably follow the comic runs where we won't get Tadashi at all, but instead Baymax is based on Hiro's deceased dad complete with a human form, and that of Aunt Cass, we'll get Hiro's mom who's still alive.

One of the characters was racistly named "Wasabi-no-Ginger" and Baymax was a big gross green monster who had Hiro's dad's brain inside him, or some bullshit like that.
