I don't know much about Brainiac, but Rina is damn strong for her size and prone to Florida Man-tier shenanigans when left to her own devices, so I could see her sneaking aboard and "fixing" the ship out of pure curiosity, resulting in it breaking down. XD

Superman '78 is GREAT!!!! It's true to the tone an aesthetics of the Dinner films, filters out some of the elements that (IMO of course) may come across as outdated, and is a huge treat for a Super Powers Brainiac geek like me!

I really really dislike Byrne's Post-Crisis reboot of Brainiac being an ambiguously delusional alcoholic mutant, but I at least appreciated that it gave later writers a groundwork with which to do more interesting things

Out of all the potential new Lanterns to add, I want Star Sapphire the most. I2 had Hal mention her a lot towards the end and I think what they might do is have her get her power ring during Brainiac's invasion and she shows up in I3.
