This here is Hoarse Hisson, a lizardfolk necromancer! Even with his mouth sewn shut and original voice taken from him, he uses the gem in his throat to project a way to communicate. Very instinctive, be lucky he can't easily snap up any prey. Lot of acid attacks for gila monster
