People seem to forget this, but Darwin Watterson is canonically black. He's appeared on Cartoon Network advertisements honoring the black community, and his voice actors have all been black as well. So yes, animation community, he counts as a black character.

By the way it's noteable that the colours in the clear file image do have a filter on them, we've seen a couple of the raw sprites (which will appear in the artbook) in some advertisements for the book and the actual colours are much less saturated & using their original palette.
