I absolutely went through a phase where I stopped drawing in the "western" art style and tried to emulate the more "eastern" anime/manga style almost exclusively... I still do it sometimes, but I'm kinda terrible at it LOL

didn't post this outside my Webzone but i drew a zun spoof Mimi! I won't lie it's insanely hard to emulate his art so I did give up and use Reimu's UFO sprite as a base for face and proportions. tfw when you're too good at art and can't capture Zun's SOUL in his drawings....
