I decided to make GLBs because I like them to be interactive, I want the viewer to be able to zoom in, rotate, play around, and the most important, showcase them, if possible, in a digital gallery as a sculpture. My plan is that soon I can exhibit them like that irl too.

My main edit was cutting the additional rotated sprites and just use flipping.
There'll be a bit of imprecision in specular light direction, but it should be hard to notice amidst the action

One odd thing about NSM is that it's launched belly-up - I presume because flat top makes integration on a launch rail easier. Another odd thing is that the whole nose rotates to keep the imaging IR seeker horizon-stabilised - enabling a high degree of target discrimination.
