✔SPF高いものは場合によっていいけれど、しっかり落とす。肌への負担が大きいので使いすぎない。
✔普段はポルジョのプロテクティング下地＋アネッサ エッセンスUV マイルドミルク(SPF35)
✔海やレジャーのときはSPF50のアネッサにして塗り直しは2時間に1回
✔塗るとき等は画像の通り😌
