There we go with the next day of the compilation. I feel like the practice with the ones before helped a lot. I felt more confident with some proportions and shapes!

After re-attempting Mismagius, I think I did a much better job. Proportions are hard, but the giant hat did *not* help. xD
I also decided to mess around afterwards, and created a simple - and then more custom - alternate Shiny for Mismagius!

The proportions are heavily inspired by @/superinky_'s character reference artwork, i loved it.
So I realised that chibi faces are straightforward. But body proportions... they're kinda 'bean' shaped.
So here's chibi Karu/Turira. I've been practicing thanks to YT tutorial.

1. Ink outline (For proportions)
2. Base color (Helps me find errors)
3. Curses / Muscles
4. Tattoo's (least favorite) and shadow (favorite)

On Patre0n Ive been making animal mixes for years now, and I keep getting better at drawing fictional animals! 🦍 They are so silly but they help me so much with practising convincing body proportions. Its been a fun challenge. These are the ones I liked most from 2021 ☺️
Furthermore, both Amy (physically Sally's age), Mina (16), and Rouge (18) are, at the same time, drawn with more Sonic-like proportions when Sally is drawn otherwise. Steven Butler even admitted it was just his stylistic choice flr her, so it isn't since "Sally is older" either.
@Kova_Duke Aw I understand I have difficulties with anatomy all the time, lol! Honestly I like the composition! the background is really nice! I went ahead and edited the bodies a bit to round them out and proportion them, hopefully its okay! Regardless I think you did great!
