Both nightgowns are comic canon! BG is drawn over three different comic panel BGs ^^; mostly from Paco of course.

Scrooges beak looks weird when hidden behind Magica. That looked better in the sketch ^^; oh well.

Some examples of the finished BGs by and myself.
It was a 4 minute film with about 30 scenes overall, with some reuse/relighting for later in the day, so each scene was pretty long. Because of this it was very important for the environments to be interesting 🙏

on medibang I usually use the fluffy watercolor 3 brush along with two light with two sparkle brushes lol
sometimes I GET FANCY and blend the colors!

i like to think i specialize in "magical girl bgs" bc of all the sparkles i use
