応急処置
皆さん捻挫や肉離れなどをした時、応急処置はしていますか？
応急処置としてRICE処置があり、安静、冷却、圧迫、挙上を行うことです。
圧迫はテーピングをしてあげ、挙上は心臓より高い位置にあげましょう。
しっかり応急処置を行うことで治療後の経過が良くなりますので行ってください！
