13/ I had set up stylus input and opacity by pressure control early on, and thought I was good to go for a while. Nope, not so much. Opacity and flow is actually pretty complex.

Next up is the "Savage Bypass" move. This move is preformed by putting in the inputs of a swipe to the right (Down, down right, right) and then hitting the k button. This causes Valentine to dash into an opponent and deal a slash attack (Can be done twice in succession.)

The first input is the legendary Hadouken! This command is put in by tapping down, down right, and then right on a stick (down left and left for the left.) Then, you hit the punch button immediately after the right input. This move shoots out a medium sized energy ball.

Result of my little experiment: when using her stretchy arm, Saki now pinpoints a location based on position and directional input, and the arm stays anchored toward those coordinates even while she continues moving. It's such an improvement over the original static animation.

my install of NI Massive is borked so whenever I try to load a preset it just process crashes the VST, also my midi keyboard has a brand new input delay so looks like the weekend is maintenance time.
