Obviously everything isn't balanced completely, bugs are to be expected but all that can be fixed. But I can say that one card that will have to be removed is Interrogator Whitemane. Giving an enemy taunt is a game-breaking mechanic. Double damage is a cool idea though.

Surprised this hasn't really been documented. In Mario Tennis for the gbc, there is an unused character, Kevin, One of the coaches for the Academy. He has a fully functional sprite in the Japanese version of the game but in the International release, he was removed. 1/3
