My favorite fact about Hubley is that he was one of designers on something as complex as the dinosaurs from The Rite of Spring segment from Fantasia, and yet he actually wanted to just animated simple doodles!

these are examples of good pattern/texture clashing!

in fred/miya's costumes, the segmentation of the different textures help to bolster their uniqueness (leather jacket/bodice vs. the soft textured bottoms). the belt/exposed stomach helps to draw the line between them.

The top four mini bosses will be able to drop in randomly during the in between stage segments. (That or they'll appear every 2 stages so I don't ruin the flow. The bottom 4 have been demoted to a gauntlet before the secret boss.
