I am not immune to my old #pokemon fever.
Take these #pixelart of me and my friend's characters.
In the style, and heavily referenced, B&W sprites.

Notes: Mukuro, Hibari, and Byakuran have some sprites that has a different outfit on because I managed to catch it (also I healed and put a red cloak on one Hibari sprite for fun)

(not scaled pls don't attack me)

So these characters are the ONLY ones I managed to save some sprites off in this length (some others were most likely be cut off by a text box)

in all seriousness tho the smooth animations mean that spritesheet size is INSANE but file size is surprisingly low, the issue is just in directly modding spritesheets 👌

@MarioBrothBlog I hate these sprites so much i decided to make my own out of sheer spite (+ back-facing sprites)

spent three and a half hours trying to rip the dq9 sprites and only achieved a single one, but here have a lil comparison against the size of the DQ5 sprites
they're way bigger but have much less detailed shading and outlines, thats interesting!
