some anatomy and pose practice with a technique i personally use to improve.

i traced the left sketch to get a feel of the pose then free handed the sketch on the right. i compare my free hand sketch to the trace to criticize and annotate mistakes i made to work on later.

the STR SSG one is traced, so idk where you got that from. INT Janemba is debatable, but at the time when it was made, that wasnt what his style looked like, and PHY DBZ Broly was by the international promo artist, whos style is pretty similar.
