This big bad of the Static comic is Agent Jones and he is boring. Despite being a "scary government agent" no one fears or respects him. And his dialogue is cringe.
The past few chapters have really emphasised to me just how much Seth hides with his anger; he reacts in ways that feels so violent whenever he's troubled, but the moment he lets his sadness/fears show a little bit, you realise just how devastated and tired he is of everything.
