Doodled Galligar, AKA, Tartan's left hand man, and he's the chief scientist of the Highlands.

He was able to cure the Teleken mutations, AND he was able to give himself powers, with no drawbacks. Sanity + a full (and extended) lifespan. He's a LOT stronger than he looks.
