@BigCutieLily I'd definitely say I was affected at a young age by cartoons. Annabelle from Eek the Cat was one of those things. She was big, loveable, and certainly enjoyed food. It was nice that she was depicted positively and not just a fat joke.

@i_am_slab Penny's hair is the most subtle example of 'impossible anime hair' i've ever seen. The first time I saw Death the Kid's hair I loved it and wanted to do something like that. I spent 30 minutes thinking about it and decided 'well, you either need a wig, or you just don't do that.'
