Here's Alphonse "Alastor" Volkov, he's a fan-base OC of Alastor from Hazbin, you can tell with his name and hair color. His life story will be out soon but this one is my favorite~ side note: that's shade, not markings on his hair...his hair fades from red to black.

Honestly, I fucking love it so much when an artist makes my character sclera dark grey instead of pure black. Even if her eyes are described as 'red and black'
I mean, they're both great, but just look at how striking the difference is

I can use my own art as example. In both pieces there’s a lot of black features, The snow leopard has black fur on her chest, black hair, black finger tips and is using a black robe. In the other piece, the demon himself except the head is basically all black. (C)

Moors does not mean black. Moors is a very general term to refer to people of North Africa and/or of Muslim faith. There were black moors, but also iberian moors (people converted to islam), arab moors, etc. Here's a depiction of moors in Iberia.
