Opening the door to other cultures from a very young age is not only a necessity to connecting our children, but to changing the way future generations perceive one another. Nonfiction and fiction—Here’s to those who dare to be brave and dare to dream.

The Phoenix of ancient Greece is common to many cultures - the Egyptian bennu, Russian firebird, Chinese Fèng Huáng, the Native American Thunderbird.

Always it is a symbol of creative destruction, descending into fire and rising renewed from its own ashes.

Frhégo a commencé sa carrière près de Paris, dans une banlieue animée, par des différences, par des cultures, par des gens. Sa philosophie, il la résume ainsi : "Des figures en attente, en perdition, en chute, en échec, en péril et en connaissance de cause."

Makeing high gallery art out of the art belonging to subcultures is just...kinda classist and tone deaf imo.

I just wanna know if art that looks like THIS has a stylistic name, and if the cultural impacts of it are being discussed?

Les escultures de Flabia Robalo escriuen el vent quan juga amb la roba i els cabells, com si creessin junts.

D6:fantasy drama set in the 14th century-ish with a touch of fur from a couple of non-human races. Influences from eastern and western cultures in the mix, as well as the occasional summon. A sketch of some Velmuht children, boys in turban and sulu, girls in caftans😄 https://t.co/cXM2xK8VsD

Feliz Día de los Muertos.

I make this piece with some Japanese inspiration I know it’s a Mexican holiday. But I feel like both cultures have so much in common which is why I drew this for this holiday.

Here's Morron! He's a Warlock from a distant land who loves to learn about new cultures! Sadly he hasn't been lucky when it comes to patrons 😈

Only one more character to go and I've made one for all of my DnD Characters!

I wanted a more grounded approach to the “knight meets spaceman” premise. So I came up with a history wherein space travel is commonplace and colonies develop their own cultures. Some however were said to have died in wars but they rebuilt despite losing contact.

Happy to everyone who celebrates!! The best part of writing outside of my own experience has been learning how truly amazing other people and their cultures truly are. Sacra is in the spirit too, it would seem! 😁
