Tbh it's not the first time that I did custom brushes, and even not the first one to paint field of flowers! But it was some years ago... I used them here, I used them in the fields in the backgrounds! (I wouldn't be so crazy to paint them one by one 😂)
And yes, it's always fun!

Ooo vector layers help a lot with keeping clean line work, but I use either Qamala's graphic marker, the default dry brush, or the good pen!
I enjoy inking with different brushes, so the biggest tip would be to experiment and see what's good for you!

I used to deny it, I tried imitating that glowy, dreamy, ethereal artstyle that’s soft yet sharp at the same time

But it’s the brushes, they can greatly affect how your art looks depending on the texture

THATS WHY THEY GATEKEEP THEM-

Also, look, he’s being silly

Being an artist is expensive af cuz you need so many art supplies like colour pencils, eraser, pens, paints, brushes, markers etc..and all those things are so expensive?? 😭 I still draw on A4 size sheets and cant afford to buy anything else besides a pencil... fml 😮‍💨

Just trying out some new brushes, pencils are my comfort zone and it’s nice to go back to a more traditional look like I used to do. 🤍 This is my sorcerer character Cas I love him ._.

For the artists: I used Clip Studio Paint with the transparent watercolor and smooth watercolor brushes, as well as the textured blender for the skin!! Here are the details I’m most proud of: https://t.co/fmnF1jC6m9
