Izumi has 6 Pokemon. Glameow, Dewgong, Clauncher, Vaporeon, Vivillon, and Meowstic. Izumi is a frequent participant in Contests. Much like Kaoru he strives for his Pokemon to be very beautiful and often is up against him. Glameow is his baby and he follows Izumi everywhere.

Dewgong is just yhe worse Water/Ice type. I think with a 475 base total that a 3rd stage is well deserved.

Lapras/Cloyster/Wahlrein all got buffs yet Dewgong haben’t got snythibg since gen 5 HA not even a expanded movepool with neither Scald nor freeze dry.
