A quick and easy entry to my "Pop-Culture Paleontology" series, featuring Ground Sloths!

Despite their diversity, it's amazing that Sid remains the most famous ground sloth in fiction xD.

-Wyvernodon Geko-

Small but intelligent, these little dog-sized Wyverns live in groups of billions and use the number to their advantage to hunt large animals like Mammoths, Megatherium and evolved fish

They can also create illusions of titans to scare away predators

Sorry I misread your SkullGreymon post. 😅

I love AncientMegatheriumon for Komondomon and Mammon because that way you don't have to use SkullMammon. And AncientMegatheriumon looks as huge and fluffy as Komondomon, with a lot of legs.

OK, last one for a bit: yet more new at this time starring everyone's favourite extinct sloth, Megatherium. This is a tweaked version of an image I started last year - check out https://t.co/EAEiiHXiGN to read the back story.

Megatherium

A ground sloth that is also one of the largest land mammals known, reaching the size of an elephant while standing on its hind legs, which he could do using its tail

ALT: currently synonymized with megatherium, the genus name was already in use by a beetle anyway
