Edited a bunch of old pixelart in Photopea with a multitude of filter/layers just to see what would happen - this was the result.

photopeaってやつで見てみたけど…やっぱり発光レイヤーは見た目変わっちゃうなぁ…どうしようかしら…。
ただこのphotopeaって「不透明度」と「塗り」が別れてないというか塗りの透明度調節できないから普通のphotoshopなら見た目変わらないのかしら…
