I've been experimenting with RetroArch filters, and I'd heard a lot of good things about CRT-Royale. I don't have a real CRT to compare it to, but it certainly seems to be a decent facsimile, including a hint of phosphor bloom! #RETROGAMING

@goattrain Frustratingly, rewind keeps making Retroarch crash, so it's hard to get good screenshots (and I had to revert to an older save state with a character I'm worse with), but here she is.

@Renhoex The only bsnes CRT filter I've seen is one that is less of a filter and more about color space. It's called "Color Emulation" and tweaks the contrast/saturation (Off/On).
It's definitely interesting, and I'd use it more if it was available in my version of RetroArch.
Spent yesterday setting up RetroArch, so I could play CC using an HD texture pack a fan made. (Tiriosaurus on Reddit) Game came out looking really nice!

RetroArch recently redid its UI from the ground up. It's 1000% better now. It's so good I'm going to be pushing it as my top recommendation for 8-bit/16-bit/32-bit gaming systems.
oh hey I think I fixed the Xenogears texture mess on Retroarch
all I had to do was set the driver to Vulkan
@AndroidArts I am doing a set of thumbnails for my Retroarch.
I try to get the art clean when I can and most times I reproduce the logos.
Thanks for the tip! =)
