With that said, the far more fun fact here in our opinion is that Pepsiman appeared in the SEGA Fighting Game, Fighting Vipers.
Which also has Sonic (and Tails) albeit not as official playable characters.

I love this box art so much. One detail that I enjoy is while the vipers have their fists raised cheering Serpentor, they don’t all quite look like fists, but they almost look like an action figure weapon grip hand.
