found sketches for this in a couple-year-old folder labelled ‘pillow fight gone wrong’ with no notes explaining why xelloss is even in the room (except for being a nuisance and causing trouble on purpose which is typical xelloss behaviour)

For a long time I wanted to do something about Slayers, but things didn’t go beyond character design and one art. It was a flight of fancy a la what the world will look like in a dofiga years.

I'm still thinking about Puyo Puyo and Slayers.

I don't actually KNOW if the latter had any influence on the former, but if it did, my first guess would be in the number of parallels that can be drawn between Xellos and Accord.

That said, the similarities are pretty shallow...
