Deriving from Slavic folklore, the Alkonost are creatures with the body of a bird and the head of a beautiful woman. They have the ability to mesmerize humans with their enchanting voices. This is Maéna Paillet’s visual interpretation of the mythical creature.

Since it’s I decided to continue drawing scary things. This time, it’s Rage’s original form which I like to call Alkonost (heck I love mythology :D)

This is the Alkonost. On the morning of the Apple Feast of the Saviour day the Alkonost flies to an orchard, where she rejoices and laughs. The Alkonost brushes the dew from her wings, giving healing powers to all fruits within the tree that she roosts🍎✨

- birds and bird-like creatures feature in many myths and legends around the world. The alkonost and sirin were hybrids of humans and birds, whereas, the Roc, phoenix and caladrius were extraordinary birds from myth and legend. https://t.co/QlJs9nge8u

Idk if I posted this before but this is a bit older.
My Paladins oc - Anemos "The Witness" and Alkonost "The Eye"
Anemos is a melee damage champion based around stance switching and Alkonost appears in his ults x)
I know it's impossible to tell but Alkonost is as huge as Yago.

Diluc alkonost 🦅

I saw a screenshot on reddit and a thought struck me immediately! So i decided that it'll be interesting to draw Diluc as alkonost (kinda hybrid of him and his falcon(?)). Also he can shift into half human form :>

The Alkonost is a woman-headed bird that makes the most beautiful sounds in the world. Those who hear these sounds forget everything they know and want nothing more ever again. She dwells in the underworld with her counterpart, the Sirin.🐍
