Been playing Rimworld again. Doodled up the starting colonists/founders of my most recent colony.

And yes, I did specifically choose to dress up Laura in a yellow jumpsuit. She's a genetically engineered wolf engineer - how could I not? xD

I've written 5000 words of my next story, romantically chronicling the return of colonists from Proxima Centauri at the turn of the 22nd century.

Built up from a wasteland into a flourishing society, the colony stands.

In its origin there was unity, but currently a division has created two opposing factions that compete for control.

The explorers missions will determine the future of the colonists.

Great stream of Rimworld, no one died, but someone did get maimed by a Thrumbo.

All of our recruiting festivals are off of cooldown so next time I'll try to get some new colonists to name!

We raided go give her a follow!

Thanks for watching!

It's time to go to space, visitors! We become Exocolonists and maybe grow up in love (AND CARDS?!?!?)

The origin story of the Assateague horses has been clouded by colonists evading livestock taxes and intriguing legends like the one told about a Spanish shipwreck in the 1947 children’s novel “Misty of Chincoteague.”

These insects had learned to adapt to the inclement weather and the harsh conditions of this inhospitable world.

On one particular voyage of exploration, a group of colonists came to this planet as part of an expedition to analyse the Crocratys´s toxic atmosphere.

A Questing Beast!

I have a fondness for mythical animals that are just poor descriptions of real animals by colonists.

A quick little AI “mars colonists” exploration.

In the USA, wolves were & in some places still are classified as vermin. Colonists slaughtered a ton of wolves because of fears of livestock-wolf conflict. Today, our patchwork of state laws = wolves have varying levels of protection depending on location.

I had ideas a while back for lost colonists who had made deals for advanced alien biotech in exchange for being indentured (but mostly content) fungi farmers. they were going to have their own exoskeletons but smaller

Flew by Pytheas this morning, those two colonists beamed up. They told us they're heading to the refinery soon ⛏️

Shattered EON as a concept is full of risk and reward. That being said, even the bravest of Colonists fall victim to the Ai-Lax pirates scouring the orbit of Pytheas.

New Colonists arriving run the chance of being taken hostage (10%) by these ruthless marauders.

It's also good to draw attention to the emu/nene indigenous stereotype costumes!

Especially paired with the fact that rui/tsukasa are dressed like colonists/cops(?) it's pretty :/
